Before sending anything
Do not mail a product without return authorization. The support email and return address have not yet been supplied. Contact support through the website form and retain the order number and packaging.
Health and safety
Opened dietary supplements may be subject to special return restrictions. Damaged, incorrect, recalled, or potentially unsafe products require a separate support process.
Refund timing
