Simple U.S. shipping rules for the initial IRIDISYN launch.
Pre-launch draft: business identity, support email, return address, operational timelines, and jurisdiction must be confirmed by IRIDISYN and reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
Rates
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal below $50 have a $4.99 standard shipping charge. Orders at or above $50 receive free standard shipping. Tax does not count toward the threshold.
Service area
The initial launch supports shipping addresses in the United States only. International delivery is not available.
Processing and delivery
The checkout preview uses a 3–7 business-day delivery estimate. Actual carrier, cutoff time, processing window, exclusions, holiday handling, and tracking support must be confirmed before launch.
Address issues and loss
Contact support promptly if an address is incorrect or a shipment appears lost or damaged. Final replacement, carrier-claim, and reshipment procedures require operational approval.
